There are definitely some paper collections that inspire me to create a project. Pink Paislee’s C’est la Vie collection is one of those. I just love the soft pinks and pretty florals in this collection and it was the inspiration for this layout:
I fussy cut the flowers from the 08 paper from the collection that were around the edges of the paper, planning to use them as the border on this layout. The flowers work perfectly at the bottom of the design. Then I used the 04 paper as a background; I love how the pink pops with the black. I used a variety of other embellishments from the collection, including die cuts, puffy stickers, cork hearts, and chipboard alphas. The 6×6 paper behind the photo is meant to resemble a fence.
I like how this turned out! I am excited to say that I still have plenty from this collection to do some more layouts 🙂
