You know how there are certain moments in your life that just mean so much? Things you just keep going back to in your mind…memories that just last…when those moments are beautiful, I just want to hang on and that’s where memory keeping is just so important for me.
I have done lots of projects around Bailey’s shower at the James…it was just such a beautiful day! My sister organized the day from start to finish. She lives 3000km away and planned the entire thing from a distance. She made the most amazing cookies:
Seriously amazing, am I right? Look at all of the details…and you know what??… many of these cookies are fashioned closely to be similar to the general style of Bailey’s dress!!! It’s all in the details. So to pull this all off, she drove all of the way from her home (yes, 3000 km x 2) to get the cookies and all of the other things for the shower and wedding here in Saskatchewan.
We had our own bartenders and a completely catered buffet of beautiful food:
The penthouse suite is just so beautiful, complete with a full kitchen and two bedrooms. We had a beautful deck with a fire table to enjoy the evening away as well!
And what is a beautiful shower without a macaron tower?
So many lovely memories:
This is a day that we will never forget! So much fun at the James! Love you, sis!
